Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between Massage Therapy and Specialized Spa Services?

Massage Therapy focuses on relieving pain, improving mobility, reducing muscle tension, and supporting your overall physical health. Every session is customized using techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching, and therapeutic massage.

Specialized Spa Services are designed to nourish both the body and mind through luxurious treatments like body scrubs, detox wraps, hot stone therapy, scalp treatments, and other wellness rituals. These services emphasize relaxation, skin health, and self-care while still providing therapeutic benefits.

If your goal is pain relief or recovery, Massage Therapy is usually the best choice. If you're looking to unwind, recharge, and enjoy a spa-like experience, our Specialized Spa Services are a perfect fit.

Many clients find massage therapy helpful for reducing muscle tension, improving mobility, relieving stress, and supporting overall wellness. While massage is not a substitute for medical care, it can be an effective part of a healthy self-care routine.

Your massage may include deep tissue, therapeutic massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching, joint mobilization, sports massage, and relaxation techniques. Every session is customized to your individual needs.

Does deep tissue massage have to hurt?

No. Effective massage doesn't have to be painful. We work within your comfort level while still providing the pressure needed to achieve your treatment goals.

How often should I receive massage therapy?

That depends on your goals. Monthly sessions are great for wellness and maintenance, while more frequent visits may be beneficial for chronic tension, injury recovery, or ongoing pain.

What should I do after my massage?

Drink plenty of water, avoid strenuous activity if you received deep work, and allow your body time to recover. Gentle stretching and walking can also help extend the benefits of your session.
