We’ll begin with a dynamic HIIT workout led by Goondocks Community Fitness to build strength, boost energy, and challenge the body. After the workout, transition into guided breathwork, and a restorative sound bath with Reaves Holistic Healing to help your nervous system reset and your body fully recover.
