Sophia, a certified breathwork guide, will gently lead you through Divine Breathwork — a conscious breathing practice designed to help you release stuck emotions, quiet your mind, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Her approach is supportive, intuitive, and grounded, creating a safe space where you can simply show up as you are.

As you breathe, Michael Hunter will weave in live sound healing with crystal bowls and chimes. The sound moves with the breath, helping you go deeper, relax your nervous system, and fully settle into the experience. Instead of separate parts, the breathwork and sound bath are blended together for one immersive journey.
